Those are just a few of the preliminary questions we will ask in order to get to know you and your space. We will ask for you to answer our questionnaire, send us photos of your project, and then we will schedule a complimentary on-site consultation. Post consultation we will send you a scope of work and a schedule of fees.
Planning
​After we've had the pleasure of visiting the space you'd like renovated, we return to the office and get to work. Taking into account all of your requests, concerns and potential considerations, we will compose a scope of work that will illustrate what it's going to take to get your project completed.
Preparation
"By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail." It's a mantra we stand strong by and in that, we prepare for every possible occurrence. Once the proposed plan is approved, we review everything that is needed to complete your project and we create your budget by getting accurate estimates for what your project will cost to be done RIGHT, by licensed and experienced craftsmen.

We're licensed, bonded, and insured. We specialize in Brownstones, Condos, Co-ops, and Townhouses and
have handled a diverse range of projects that include kitchens, bathrooms, room additions, stair installations, patios, and full-scale complete home renovations.

Each project agreement includes a meticulously detailed list of all the project’s stages so that you are aware of the different tasks involved before the work even begins. We ensure compliance with building codes and all necessary permits are obtained on behalf of your project.
