This tenant application is for an apartment located in a property brokered by ETBK Real Estate.

Application Requirements

ALL apartments require :

Tenant application for all adults living in the unit
Tenant income confirmation for all adults living in the unit
Credit check for all adults living in the unit - $20 fee per credit application [non-refundable]
Security deposit - 1 month's rent paid to the landlord
First month's rent - paid to the landlord
Broker's fee - 1 month's rent paid to the broker
*Where applicable some condo/coop buildings require a tenant application fee
*Where applicable some Broker's fees are waived for the tenant

Document Requirements

Documents to submit with application:

Proof of identity - Photo ID (copy of passport, drivers license, state ID)
Proof of current residency (cable bill, utility bill, etc)
- If living with family/roommates provide a signed statement from that person with their contact details.
Proof of employment and income [all 3 listed below]
- 3 recent pay stubs
- Last year's W2
- Employment offer letter
Proof of 3 recent on time rental payments - *If your current living situation is unique, i.e., living with family, friends, you are not paying rent in the traditional sense, please explain.
Checking Bank Statement - Last Month
Savings Bank Statement - Last Month
Reference from employment
Personal reference
ETBK Real Estate reserves the right to ask for additional documents should deem necessary
Electronic signatures are treated as originals.
